The E 25 is a German tank destroyer that was developed in the mid-1940s as part of the E series of standardized tanks. It was intended to be a fast and stealthy vehicle, capable of performing reconnaissance, ambush, and hit-and-run missions. It had a low profile, which mounted a 75 mm gun and a coaxial 7.92 mm machine gun. It also had a powerful engine, a torsion bar suspension, and a sloped armor that was effective against HEAT shells. However, the E 25 was never completed or tested, and only existed as a blueprint.
In World of Tanks, the E 25 is a Tier VII premium tank destroyer that can be purchased from the in-game store or the premium shop. It is one of the fastest and most maneuverable tank destroyers in the game, with a top speed of 65 km/h and a power-to-weight ratio of 24.4 hp/t. It also has a high rate of fire, good accuracy, and excellent camouflage value, which make it an effective scout and sniper.
However, the E 25 also has many drawbacks that limit its performance. It has a low penetration, damage, and alpha strike for its gun, which makes it struggle against well-armored targets. It has a very low armor, hit points, and gun depression, which make it vulnerable to enemy fire. It has a low view range and poor shell velocity, which reduce its scouting and sniping potential. It has a high repair cost and low profitability, which affect its economy.
