Cities are the ultimate challenge for tanks and their crews. They are full of dangers and surprises, where the enemy can strike from any direction and distance. Tanks have to fight in narrow streets, tall buildings, and crowded spaces, where their mobility, firepower, and protection are reduced. In this video, we explore how tanks have faced the horrors of urban warfare, from Stalingrad to Aleppo, and how they have adapted to survive and win in what’s known as “complex terrain”.
