Light Tank Mk IV | Tank Chats #173 | The Tank Museum

by iFacePalm

A fearsome beast of steel, the Tank, Light, Mk IV roared to life in the 1930s. Built by Vickers for the British Army, it had a machine gun, a two-man crew, and a weight of five tons. It saw action on the rugged NW Frontier of India, where it faced hostile tribes and harsh terrain. Now restored to its former glory, the Mk IV is the oldest tank in our collection that can still run.
